Chen Di and Ashwin Ram, joined our lab as our new Research Interns.

Chen Di, is a Bachelor of Computing (Computer Science) with specialisation in Interactive Media. He is now in his final year and will be graduating from NUS School of Computing.

Ashwin Ram, a 3rd year undergraduate student pursuing B.Tech ECE at NIT-Trichy. His research interests include Deep learning and probabilistic machine learning techniques and its applications in NLP. He is currently working on developing an NLP based system for converting and summarising unstructured information in a multi-chat environment into auto-configured structured representations. Some of his previous works prior to NUS-HCI include using neural networks for Acoustic source localisation (at IISc) and developing algorithms for faster implementation of Hakwes process for rumour stance classification in Twitter (at IITH).
